Four separate beds
Two rooms with two beds each — everyone sleeps in their own. On request we push them together into a double before you arrive. The larger room doubles as the living room, with a dining table for four and access to the balcony.
Laundry in the apartment
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, a large fridge-freezer and two coffee makers. The washer-dryer washes and dries in one machine — work clothes go in at night and come out dry the next morning.
Free parking
Marked parking bays sit right outside the building, free of charge and without booking. No parking fees, no parking disc — vans and company cars included.
A TV in each room
Both rooms have a smart TV with MagentaTV. Whoever starts early can turn in early, while the other finishes watching in peace.
Arrive whenever it suits
Access is through a key safe. If you only get in after hours, you still get into the apartment without arranging anything.
Invoiced to the company
You receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately, collected monthly if that suits you better.
Weekly and monthly rates
The longer the stay, the lower the nightly rate. From one month on we switch to a monthly rate.

Greenery outside, twelve minutes from the centre
The balcony looks out over green space, and the train puts you at Hannover central station in twelve minutes. The Herrenhausen Gardens and the SEA LIFE aquarium are five kilometres away, and the Mittelland Canal is made for rowing and cycling.
Up to four guests
Two separate rooms, one dining table for everybody and a kitchen you can genuinely cook for four in. The larger room is living room and bedroom in one, and opens onto the balcony.
Pets on request
Your dog is welcome — please ask when you enquire. We charge a supplement for the additional cleaning.

Close to the city, without being in it
Seelze lies west of Hannover, directly on the S-Bahn commuter line and a short drive from the A2 motorway. If you work in Hannover you avoid city prices — and still reach the centre faster than from some of its own districts.
Supermarkets, a bakery and restaurants are within walking distance; the nearest place to eat is about 350 metres away.

The rate depends on the season and the length of your stay: the longer you stay, the less each night costs. Special rates apply during the Hannover trade fairs. For companies we are glad to quote for the whole period.

Well connected means you can hear it
The good transport links come at a price: the railway line and the road are audible. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs are waiting in the bedroom.
Free parking outside
There are public parking bays around the building. Parking is free and costs nothing, but the bays are not reserved. As a rule you will find a space right outside.
Quiet from 10 pm
Quiet hours run from 10 pm to 7 am. Non-smoking apartment, no parties — and in return, relaxed neighbours.
